Whistleblower Policy
This program is established for the purpose of receiving and handling confidential and anonymous complaints from employees related to fraudulent accounting, financial reporting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, or other similar concerns. In addition, complaints or concerns regarding illegal conduct, harassment, discrimination or other similar matters may be reported. The program also provides a mechanism for employees who report their concerns to receive a response to their issue while maintaining their anonymity.
There will be no reprisal, retaliations or adverse action taken against any employee or other person who, in good faith, reports or assists in the investigation of a violation or suspected violation, or who makes an inquiry about the appropriateness of an anticipated or actual course of action or conduct.
This process should not be abused or misused by raising unfounded or malicious allegations against other employees or managers or for reporting grievances.

Anti-Fraud Program
The credit union has established comprehensive Anti-Fraud and Conflict of Interest policies to uphold ethical standards and safeguard its operations.
-
- Conflict of Interest Policy: Outlined in section 4-7 of the Employee Handbook, this policy ensures that employees act in the best interests of the credit union and its members, avoiding any personal or financial interests that could interfere with their responsibilities.
- Anti-Fraud Policy: The credit union has a Fraud Policy Acknowledgment, which employees must review and sign, affirming their understanding of fraud prevention measures and their duty to report suspicious activities.
NCUA’s Fraud Hotline
The purpose of the NCUA Fraud Hotline is to identify fraud concerns (fraud, nepotism, dishonesty, or conflicts of interest) associated with insider activities by current or former credit union employees, directors, or committee members (such as supervisory committee, audit committee, credit committee, etc.).
